I have been supporting this client on multiple placements, within 2 years, they have grown to be one of the biggest Ruby house in Europe. This client has recently hit $100 million ARR with a lot of potential to keep growing!

1. Senior Ruby Engineer (Frontend with Hotwire)

What You’ll Work On:

• Building and scaling user-facing features and backend systems - you won't be doing much maintenance, just focus on building!
• Creating fast, interactive interfaces using Hotwire, Turbo, and Stimulus
• Collaborating with product, design, and engineering teams
• Contributing to architectural decisions and code quality

What You Bring:

• They are looking for engineers who has fully adopted the AI first ways of working, not just copying and pasting code.
• Experience working on large-scale applications - B2C application would be a plus!
• Strong communication skills with english and a proactive mindset
