What You'll Do
- Research, design, develop, test, and maintain software applications and systems.
- Analyze business and user requirements and translate them into effective technical solutions.
- Debug, troubleshoot, and enhance existing applications to improve stability and performance.
- Evaluate and implement software enhancements, upgrades, and modernization opportunities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver projects and achieve business objectives.
- Provide technical guidance and project updates to stakeholders and customers.
- Partner with colleagues across engineering and business functions to deliver high-quality solutions.
- Support compliance with HIPAA requirements and organizational security standards.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma and at least 3 years of software development experience, including a minimum of 1 year working with .NET technologies.
- Strong knowledge of .NET, C#, and related development technologies.
- Experience building applications with ReactJS.
- Understanding of multi-tier architectures, concurrent programming concepts, multi-threaded applications, and shared services.
- Experience with unit testing, mock-data testing, and Test-Driven Development (TDD).
- Knowledge of object-oriented programming principles and design patterns.
- Experience working within Agile development environments.
- Experience with cloud-based technologies such as Azure DevOps and/or Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI).
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related field.
- Experience with Delphi development.
- Experience supporting enterprise applications and software modernization initiatives.
