🚀 Senior Fullstack Engineer

We’re looking for a Senior Fullstack Engineer to join our engineering team and play a key role in building and evolving a high-performance platform.

You’ll work across backend and frontend development, contributing to architecture, technical decisions, and the delivery of complex features from end to end. You’ll also help raise engineering standards through code reviews, mentoring, testing, and continuous improvement.

🛠️ What you’ll do

• Design and develop robust backend services, APIs, data models, and frontend components.
• Contribute to architectural decisions and long-term technical direction.
• Build high-quality, scalable, reliable, and well-tested solutions.
• Lead code reviews and support less experienced engineers through mentoring.
• Identify and address technical debt, risks, and opportunities for improvement.
• Own projects and deliverables with a high degree of autonomy.
• Collaborate closely with engineering, QA, and product teams.
• Improve development processes, automation, and engineering practices.

💻 What we’re looking for

• 4+ years of professional experience as a Fullstack Engineer or in a similar senior role.
• Strong backend experience with Python or a comparable server-side language.
• Experience with distributed systems and microservices.
• Strong JavaScript and TypeScript skills and experience with modern frameworks such as React, Angular, or Vue.
• Familiarity with Docker, Kubernetes, and cloud environments.
• Strong understanding of software quality, testing, and maintainable architecture.
• Ability to work independently and take ownership of outcomes.
• Excellent communication skills in English.
• A proactive mindset and genuine passion for building high-quality software.

⭐ Nice to have

• Experience with C#/.NET.
• A degree in Computer Science or a related field.
• Previous mentoring or technical leadership experience.
