Role Description

The Full Stack Developer is responsible for designing, developing, testing, and maintaining scalable web applications across both front-end and back-end systems. This role collaborates closely with product managers, designers, software engineers, and cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software solutions that meet business objectives and provide an excellent user experience.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related technical field.
  • Strong understanding of full-stack software development principles, object-oriented programming, and software engineering best practices.
  • Proficiency in front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, TypeScript, and modern frameworks including React, Angular, Vue.js, or similar.
  • Experience developing back-end applications using languages and frameworks such as Java, Python, Node.js, C#, .NET, Go, PHP, or similar technologies.
  • Strong understanding of RESTful APIs, GraphQL, and web service integration.
  • Familiarity with relational and NoSQL databases such as MySQL, PostgreSQL, SQL Server, MongoDB, or similar database systems.
  • Knowledge of Git, version control workflows, and collaborative software development practices.
  • Understanding of cloud platforms such as AWS, Microsoft Azure, Google Cloud Platform, or equivalent cloud services.
  • Familiarity with containerization technologies such as Docker and orchestration platforms such as Kubernetes is a plus.
  • Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, and DevOps practices.
  • Strong analytical, debugging, and problem-solving skills with excellent attention to detail.
  • Understanding of web application security, authentication, authorization, and performance optimization techniques.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across technical and business teams.
  • Ability to manage multiple development tasks while delivering high-quality, maintainable code.
