Role Description

The Full Stack Developer is responsible for designing, developing, testing, and maintaining scalable web applications across both front-end and back-end systems. This role collaborates closely with product managers, designers, software engineers, and cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software solutions that meet business objectives and provide an excellent user experience.

Key responsibilities include developing responsive user interfaces, building robust server-side applications, designing and integrating APIs, and implementing scalable database solutions. The Full Stack Developer participates in all phases of the software development lifecycle, including requirements analysis, solution design, coding, testing, deployment, and ongoing maintenance while following established engineering standards and best practices.

The role involves optimizing application performance, ensuring security and reliability, troubleshooting technical issues, and implementing enhancements to improve system functionality and user experience. The Full Stack Developer works with modern development frameworks, cloud-based services, version control systems, and CI/CD pipelines to support efficient software delivery and continuous improvement.

Additional responsibilities include conducting code reviews, maintaining technical documentation, collaborating with quality assurance teams during testing, and contributing to architectural discussions and technical decision-making. The position also supports the integration of third-party services, monitors application health, and identifies opportunities to improve scalability, maintainability, and development efficiency through modern engineering practices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related technical field.
• Strong understanding of full-stack software development principles, object-oriented programming, and software engineering best practices.
• Proficiency in front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, TypeScript, and modern frameworks including React, Angular, Vue.js, or similar.
• Experience developing back-end applications using languages and frameworks such as Java, Python, Node.js, C#, .NET, Go, PHP, or similar technologies.
• Strong understanding of RESTful APIs, GraphQL, and web service integration.
• Familiarity with relational and NoSQL databases such as MySQL, PostgreSQL, SQL Server, MongoDB, or similar database systems.
• Knowledge of Git, version control workflows, and collaborative software development practices.
• Understanding of cloud platforms such as AWS, Microsoft Azure, Google Cloud Platform, or equivalent cloud services.
• Familiarity with containerization technologies such as Docker and orchestration platforms such as Kubernetes is a plus.
• Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, and DevOps practices.
• Strong analytical, debugging, and problem-solving skills with excellent attention to detail.
• Understanding of web application security, authentication, authorization, and performance optimization techniques.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across technical and business teams.
