Qualifications
Required
- Strong foundation in computer science fundamentals, including algorithms, data structures, and design patterns
- Proven experience in full stack web development across modern front-end and back-end ecosystems
- Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in software engineering roles
- Proficiency in modern object-oriented programming languages such as Python, Java, C#, Kotlin, or Swift
- Experience with relational databases and SQL
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively within interdisciplinary teams
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, agile environment with a focus on delivering high-quality solutions
- Experience with AI-assisted development tools such as Windsurf/Devin, Cursor, Claude Code, or GitHub Copilot
- Hands-on experience working in cloud environments like AWS or similar platforms
- Knowledge of Kubernetes and containerization technologies
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain end-to-end features across the full technology stack, including front-end interfaces, back-end microservices, and data layers
- Build and optimize microservices that support investment portfolio construction, direct indexing, and related solutions
- Deploy and manage services within a Kubernetes-based cloud environment, ensuring scalability and reliability
- Troubleshoot and resolve production issues promptly, maintaining high system availability
- Continuously modernize platform components by adopting new technologies and best practices
- Leverage AI coding assistants and automation workflows to accelerate development, testing, and debugging processes while maintaining high engineering standards
- Collaborate with product managers, designers, and other stakeholders to deliver innovative features aligned with client needs
- Participate actively in agile ceremonies, code reviews, and knowledge sharing sessions to foster a culture of excellence
