Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Fullstack Developer role based in Quận 3. Day-to-day tasks include implementing front-end interfaces, building and optimizing back-end APIs, integrating databases, and ensuring application performance and security. The role involves collaborating closely with educators, product managers, and designers to translate educational needs into technical solutions, as well as troubleshooting issues, reviewing code, and participating in continuous improvement of development processes.

Qualifications

• Strong proficiency in front-end technologies (e.g., HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and a modern framework such as React, Vue, or Angular).
• Experience with back-end development (e.g., Node.js, Python, or similar), RESTful APIs, and server-side frameworks.
• Solid understanding of databases (SQL and/or NoSQL), data modeling, and query optimization.
• Knowledge of version control systems (e.g., Git) and collaborative development workflows.
• Experience with testing, debugging, and performance optimization across the full stack.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms or deployment tools (e.g., Docker, CI/CD pipelines) is an advantage.
• Ability to work cross-functionally, communicate clearly, and translate user needs into technical requirements.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.
• Interest in education technology and supporting learners in developing coding and digital skills.
