We're looking for a Junior Software Developer (AI-Driven Products) who is curious, eager to learn, passionate about AI, and excited to grow in a fast-moving startup environment.

What You'll Do

• Develop backend services and product features using C#/.NET.
• Build and improve AI-powered product capabilities and internal engineering tools.
• Explore emerging AI technologies and identify practical ways to integrate them into our products.
• Collaborate closely with product, design, and engineering teams.
• Take ownership of your work from idea to implementation.
• Continuously improve code quality, performance, and reliability.

Core Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, Electrical & Electronics Engineering, Mathematics, Industrial Engineering, or another relevant engineering or quantitative discipline.
• Good knowledge of C#/.NET.
• A genuine interest in AI and a habit of keeping up with new tools, technologies, and trends.
• Experience building at least one end-to-end software project (personal, academic, internship, freelance, or open source).
• Hands-on experience using AI in a project or experimenting with AI tools, models, or APIs.
• Strong curiosity, initiative, and willingness to learn.
• Comfortable taking ownership and solving problems independently.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment.
• Comfortable working in a hybrid or remote setup.

Bonus Points If You Have

• A GitHub profile or personal portfolio.
• Experience with LLMs, AI APIs, or agentic AI applications.
• Experience with workflow automation.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms and modern backend architectures.
• Previous internship or startup experience.
• Contributions to open-source projects or hackathons.
