About The Role
We are seeking a skilled and motivated Full Stack Engineer to join our innovative technology team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing,
testing, and maintaining scalable web applications that operate within a regulated SaaS environment. You will work closely with cross-functional teams including product managers, QA, and other engineering disciplines to deliver high-quality solutions that meet both business and compliance requirements. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in modern
Java-based frameworks,
cloud services, and
reactive architectures, with a passion for automation and continuous improvement. Qualifications
The ideal candidate will possess a combination of technical expertise and industry experience, including:
- Proficiency in Java, preferably versions 17-22, with a solid understanding of JavaScript and SQL.
- Hands-on experience with modern frameworks such as Angular or React, and back-end frameworks like Spring Boot and Spring Reactive.
- Experience working with AWS services including EC2, S3, and Lambda.
- Familiarity with containerization and orchestration tools such as Docker and Kubernetes.
- Experience with message brokers like Kafka, and version control systems such as Git/GitLab.
- Knowledge of automated testing frameworks including Selenium and Cucumber, with emphasis on TDD and BDD methodologies.
- Understanding of Domain-Driven Design, Event-Driven Architecture, and Reactive Programming principles.
- Experience working within Agile or Scaled Agile (SAFe) environments, utilizing tools like Jira for release management and project tracking.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively in remote and regulated settings.
- Prior experience with regulated environments such as FDA, healthcare, or life sciences is a plus.
Responsibilities
The successful candidate will be responsible for a broad range of tasks, including:
- Designing, building, testing, deploying, and supporting SaaS-based solutions within an agile team framework.
- Developing innovative software solutions to meet evolving customer and business needs while ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.
- Participating in all phases of the software development lifecycle, from requirements gathering through to production support and maintenance.
- Implementing automation across testing, deployment, and monitoring processes to enhance efficiency and reliability.
- Conducting thorough code reviews to uphold software quality, security, and maintainability standards.
- Evaluating system enhancements and releases, assessing their impact on business processes and user experience.
- Collaborating with internal teams and external partners to align technical solutions with business objectives.
- Maintaining comprehensive technical documentation and ensuring validation requirements are met in a regulated environment.
- Learning and understanding business processes to develop technology solutions that enable operational success.
