The Role

• Contribute to the delivery of high-quality investment research solutions, including architecture, design, implementation, testing, deployment, and support.
• Work with business teams, engineers, and business analysts to review and qualify business requirements, functional specifications, use cases, and test plans.
• Design new prototypes and develop new software components across the full stack – services, web and mobile clients, infrastructure, and back-end.
• Coordinate and facilitate infrastructure upgrades, disaster recovery testing, and cross-functional projects across various IT teams.
• Modify and enhance existing systems to incorporate new functionality and optimize for performance and maintainability.
• Provide technical guidance to ensure capabilities are developed with the latest methods and highest standards, including implementing AI-driven solutions.
  
  

What You'll Need

• 7+ years of experience designing and developing web applications and services using JavaScript, Java, .Net, or similar enterprise technologies.
• 7+ years of experience designing and developing complex web services using REST, TypeScript, JavaScript/NodeJS, Jest, Java, Python, or related technologies.
• 5+ years of experience designing and developing web applications using HTML5, CSS, and modern UI frameworks like React or Angular.
• Experience with modern software development and testing methodologies such as Artifactory, GIT, and Jenkins CI, and developing applications with AWS cloud technologies.
• Intermediate-level experience with SQL and various software development methodologies like Agile.
• Strong ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical audiences, manage conflicting priorities, and learn quickly.
• BS or BA degree in Computer Science, Math, Physics, Statistics, or a related subject.
