Orbital People Ltd is recruiting on behalf of a growing construction-tech company building a small, senior, AI-native engineering team to own a portfolio of connected SaaS products — from core platform features to AI-powered tools. We're hiring two Senior Full-Stack Engineers: one leaning more into core platform/product engineering, one leaning more into AI and agent systems. What you'll do

You'll take features from a rough idea through to production — designing the API and data model, building the UI, and writing the tests that prove it works — using a modern C#/.NET and React/TypeScript stack. One role leans toward core product surfaces (multi-tenant SaaS, integrations, everyday feature delivery); the other leans toward the AI layer (retrieval, agents, and AI-assisted workflows). You'll have real ownership over technical decisions, not just tickets to close.

What we're looking for

• Solid professional experience with C#/.NET and React/TypeScript, plus a relational database (PostgreSQL preferred)
• Comfortable working across the full stack and taking a feature from a rough idea to production
• Genuine day-to-day use of AI coding tools (Copilot, Cursor, Claude, etc.) — this is a team that builds with AI as a core part of the workflow
• For the AI/Agent-focused role specifically: hands-on experience building real AI features — think RAG, LLM integrations, or agent/tool-calling systems (production use, not just experimenting)
• Strong communication skills for a remote, async-friendly team

You don't need to check every box above — we're more interested in strong fundamentals, good judgement, and a track record of shipping than a perfect keyword match. AWS/cloud experience, GraphQL, 3D/graphics work, or a construction/engineering background are all pluses but not dealbreakers.
