This role sits within the heart of our Talent Intelligence unit, and it's one of a kind.

The Opportunity: Full Stack Engineer

This is an internal hire. We're not recruiting on behalf of a client here, we're building something for ourselves, and we need the right person to own it.

Why now? We're at an inflection point. The foundation is laid, and we're keen to deliver something our stakeholders can actively use. You'll be here from the moment it gets real.

We're building a scalable, data-driven web application that will become the lens through which our clients and internal teams access insights. The platform is already underway in Next.js, with strong supporting documentation in Notion and Confluence. We need the right engineer to take it from here, with real documentation, real users, and a clear roadmap, working closely with our BI Analyst and Talent Intelligence Lead, and owning the techincal decisions, not just implementing them.

What We're Looking For

• Genuine full-stack experience - comfortable moving between the application, the data layer, and the user interface
• Strong Python skills for backend logic, data processing, and automation
• React and Next.js proficiency - you've shipped production applications, not just side projects
• Strong SQL across query writing, data modelling, and working with analytical databases
• Experience building secure, multi-user web applications or client-facing portals
• Able to read and understand existing BI reporting logic and reproduce equivalent outputs in a modern web application
• Works autonomously, communicates clearly, and builds trust with non-technical stakeholders
• Strong documentation habits - you write things down as a matter of course, not as an afterthought

Highly Regarded

• Familiarity with Azure services, including Azure Data Factory at a conceptual level
• Experience with ATS, CRM, or recruitment data environments
• Exposure to data visualisation libraries (D3.js, Recharts, or similar)
• A product mindset - you've translated user needs into features that actually got used
