Role Description

This is a full-time role for a Full Stack Lead at Solidity Technologies. The Full Stack Lead will oversee the development of both front-end and back-end web applications while leading a team of developers. Key responsibilities include designing and implementing scalable solutions, performing code reviews, ensuring high-quality code, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver robust applications. The role also involves mentoring team members, troubleshooting technical issues, and optimizing processes to improve productivity.

Qualifications

• Strong command over both front-end and back-end workflows
• Extensive experience with front-end development, including proficiency in React Native, Next.js, TypeScript, Node.js and UI/UX design principles
• Strong knowledge of back-end technologies, such as Node.js, Express.js, and database systems (e.g., Firestore, PostgreSQL)
• Experience in integration, API development, and RESTful services
• Proficiency in version control systems like Git and understanding of CI/CD pipelines
• Strong problem-solving skills, team leadership experience, and ability to collaborate across teams
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud) is a plus
• Proven experience in full-stack development projects from concept to deployment
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
• Clear communication and strong problem-solving skills
