About The Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Full Stack Developer to join our Multibanking team at Haufe Group. In this role, you will be instrumental in developing and enhancing our cloud-based multibanking platform, which handles a high volume of financial transactions daily. Your expertise will contribute to creating seamless, secure, and scalable banking software that meets the needs of our diverse customer base. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including UX/UI designers, product owners, and backend specialists, to deliver innovative solutions that leverage the latest technologies, including artificial intelligence and microservices architecture. Qualifications
The ideal candidate will possess a minimum of five years of experience as a full-stack developer, demonstrating a strong understanding of modern software development practices. Proficiency in frontend technologies such as React and TypeScript is essential, along with solid backend expertise in Spring Boot (Java), relational databases like PostgreSQL, and cloud services including AWS (EC2, ECS, S3, RDS, Lambda). Experience in designing and implementing microservices architecture and familiarity with cloud-native development is highly desirable. Additionally, candidates should have a practical understanding of integrating AI tools into development workflows and building AI applications. A commitment to writing clean, maintainable code, practicing test-driven development, and applying agile methodologies is critical. Fluency in German at C2 level is required for effective communication within the team and with stakeholders.
