Manage design, build, and test web-based applications for various site components and edit site content. Program the codes that dictate web page elements for positioning, styling, and sizing information. Expert in implementing interactive web sites with different frameworks and with full support for mobile and tablet devices. Create and manage web pages, handle page creation using a CMS or framework, using semantic markup language i.e., HTML5/CSS/JS, to turn designs into working web pages or emails.

Create awareness amongst distinct functions on importance of intranet for sharing the

Research and reach out to various stakeholders to get updated content for sites

Content uploading, gathering and Maintenance

Ensure content upload as per defined final user appraisal best practices

Manage timely update and accuracy of uploaded content

Interact with distinct functions and stakeholders to ensure updated content is uploaded to the site

The Web Developer is expected to utilize best practices in web screen design as well as

learn about different middleware platforms to source and update data through web

screens as specified in functional requirements

Domain Management Service

Manage the execution of website decommissioning including, archiving, communications and harvesting processes as agreed with the client

Update, maintain and troubleshoot existing websites

Support and troubleshoot the day-to-day technical needs for existing websites

The front-end developer works with software engineers and developers to implement their backend work with interactive templates

Layout Management

Maintain the layout of web sites and emails as per the defined guidelines

Web Development

Plan and perform module development

Document technical specifications and design

Analyze system requirement and system specification

Analyze new module development for errors and performance

Apply problem solving and technical skills to debug code and integration issues

Complete unit testing of all development code

Basic Qualifications:

3+ years of experience as a Web Developer or similar roles.

Strong knowledge of web development standards and best practices of HTML5.

Full understanding of HTML semantics.

Strong experience with CSS, applying standards, best practices, and optimization.

Strong knowledge of modern CSS features such as flexbox, CSS grid, keyframe animations,

transformations, calc(), etc.

Experience building reusable CSS components.

Experience using and extending CSS frameworks such as Bootstrap, Foundation or Tailwind.

Strong experience building responsive / mobile first implementations.

Experience with CSS preprocessors: SASS, LESS

Experience with CSS build and transformation tools (bundling, post-processing, auto-prefixing,

minify, source maps, etc)

Strong knowledge of JavaScript in all its versions: ES5, ES6, and ES2015.

Experience using vanilla JavaScript (preferred) or jQuery.

Understanding of JavaScript transpiling using tools such as Babel.

Advanced knowledge of JavaScript frameworks such as React, Angular, Vue, etc.

Experience using and setting up build tools such as Webpack., Rollup, Gulp, etc.

Understanding of the bundling process to delivery JavaScript and CSS to the clients.

Understanding the concepts of lazy-loading, chunks, and multiple bundle entry points to

optimize JavaScript build and deliver.

Experience with REST services and third-party services integration using JavaScript.

Advanced knowledge using web development and testing tools: Chrome Developer Tools.

Advanced knowledge of Git version control.

Understand the concepts of web accessibility and search engine optimization.

Experience with automated code quality tools, such as ESLint and Stylelint.

Experience with CI/CD environments using Jenkins, Azure Pipeline, or similar.

Creates communication plans for the team to develop the desired objective in a clear and a

concise message.

Provides support and mentoring to team members in areas of expertise.

Ensures alignment of scope and objectives to stakeholder expectations.

Identifies risks in user stories and tasks assigned to the team.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills to articulate project requirements,

communicate project status and interface with internal and external team members.

Minimum English level B2.

Minimum required education: High School Diploma.
