A large engineering organisation is looking for an experienced engineer to join the team. The successful candidate will work in a fast-paced environment to build and scale digital products and customer experiences, influencing technical strategy and engineering best practices across high-impact applications.

What You'll Be Doing

• Lead the planning and delivery of complex frontend projects, translating requirements into clear technical solutions.
• Take end-to-end ownership of critical applications, ensuring reliability, scalability, performance, and maintainability.
• Drive technical decision-making and architecture discussions while balancing business priorities with technical health.
• Deliver high-quality, production-ready code that is secure, performant, and well-tested.
• Mentor and support other engineers through coaching, code reviews, and technical guidance.
  
  

What We're Looking For

• Expert-level knowledge of React, TypeScript, and modern frontend architectures.
• Minimum 5 years of commercial experience in frontend engineering or a similar software engineering role.
• Strong understanding of React internals, modern frameworks, and state management patterns.
• Proven experience optimising performance and working within agile development environments.
• Experience with testing frameworks, accessibility standards, and frontend security best practices.
