Position: AEM React Developer

Location: Toronto, Canada (3-4 days onsite)

Must have financial domain experience in past

Must be ok for in person interview

Interview process- 1 round of Sapient Technical Screening followed by 1-2 round of Client Screening (Technical Interview) - in person interview is possible

Roles & Responsibilities 

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable, high-performance web applications supporting NavLab initiatives
• Build modern, responsive UI experiences and reusable component libraries
• Architect and implement micro frontend solutions aligned with enterprise standards
• Develop and maintain backend APIs and services to support UI applications
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (engineering, product, UX) to deliver cohesive solutions
• Ensure production readiness through observability, monitoring, and performance optimization
• Contribute to CI/CD pipelines, automation, and engineering best practices

Front-End Development

• Strong experience building scalable front-end applications using TypeScript, HTML, and CSS
• Proven expertise with modern frameworks/libraries such as React, Angular, or Lit
• Experience building reusable UI components and modular architectures (e.g., micro frontends)

Full-Stack Development

• Hands-on experience designing and implementing micro frontends and backend APIs
• Strong knowledge of Node.js frameworks such as Express.js or NestJS
• Solid understanding of API-driven development (REST/GraphQL)
• Some of above UI skills and having AEM experience is a better fit.
