What you will work on:
• Design, build, test, and operate frontend and backend services
• Develop products designed for global scale, low latency, observability, and maintainability
• Build high-load AI services and supporting infrastructure
• Work on prototyping, bottleneck solving, CI/CD, and production operations
• Collaborate with product and AI R&D teams to ship AI-native product features
• Write short specs, review AI-generated code critically, and run evals before changing AI behavior

Ideal background:
• Hands-on product development experience
• Basic system design knowledge, such as databases, caching, and message queues
• Strong product mindset and willingness to build from scratch
• Daily use of AI coding tools with strong code review discipline
• Native-level Japanese or English, with basic business-level ability in the other
