Early-stage InsurTech startup building an insurance management platform for the Israeli market. You'll be our first developer - working directly with the VP R&D to ship features across the full stack, integrate with Israeli insurance providers, and shape the engineering foundation from the ground up.

• 3–5 years professional development experience
• TypeScript (frontend + backend)
• Modern frontend framework (React / Vue / Svelte)
• Node.js backend development (Express / NestJS)
• SQL database experience (PostgreSQL preferred)
• Hebrew (fluent) + English (professional)

• SvelteKit / Svelte

• ORM experience (Prisma / TypeORM / Sequelize)
• Redis, message queues (BullMQ)
• Docker & containerized workflows
• PDF / document processing
• Authentication patterns (JWT, sessions, role-based access)
• Monitoring & observability tools
• Insurance / finance / regulated industry experience
• Experience with AI-assisted development (Cursor, Copilot)

Frontend: SvelteKit, TypeScript, TailwindCSS, Vite

Backend: NestJS, TypeScript, Prisma, PostgreSQL, Redis, BullMQ
