2. About the Opportunity:

The Senior Software Engineer, Full Stack II is responsible for designing, building, and maintaining full-stack features across the organization''s patient acquisition and engagement platforms. This role contributes to the development of applications that support marketing analytics, lead conversion, and practice automation. It plays a key part in modernizing the platform''s infrastructure and ensuring high-quality software delivery. The position demands collaboration with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment, with a focus on advancing AI-assisted development practices and supporting platform convergence.

3. Responsibilities:

• Design, build, and own full-stack features for the next generation of applications.
• Maintain and extend platform components, including complex third-party integrations.
• Develop and refine AI-assisted development workflows and tools.
• Collaborate across multiple product platforms and shared infrastructure.
• Produce clear technical designs and lead related discussions.
• Ensure software quality through comprehensive testing, code reviews, and technical debt management.

4. Requirements:

• Bachelor''s degree in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Over 5 years of professional full-stack development on commercial SaaS applications.
• Expertise in backend development using C# and modern .NET frameworks (.NET 6+).
• Strong SQL skills with experience in parameterized SQL and ORMs, using SQL Server and/or PostgreSQL.
• Experience designing scalable REST APIs.
• Proficiency in React and TypeScript with modern frontend tooling.
• Experience with AWS and Azure cloud services; strong depth in one with working knowledge of the other.
• Regular use of AI-assisted development tools as a primary workflow.
• Proven ability to lead technical design and document complex systems.
• Preferred: experience with cloud/database migrations, event-driven distributed systems, incremental modernization, and mentoring in AI-assisted development.
