Day-to-day responsibilities include building and refining UI components, improving performance and usability, ensuring cross-browser and cross-device compatibility, and maintaining consistency with design systems and brand guidelines. The engineer will participate in code reviews, implement modern front-end best practices, and contribute to accessibility, localization, and overall user experience improvements. This role also involves identifying UI issues through user feedback and analytics, proposing solutions, and iterating quickly in an agile environment.

  • Understanding of product-oriented development, with experience in iterative improvement based on analytics, user feedback, and usability testing.
  • Strong problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a remote, distributed team.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Human-Computer Interaction, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.
  • Experience building consumer-facing web products or portfolio platforms is a plus; familiarity with low-code/no-code tools and personalization engines is highly beneficial.
