About The Role

In this role, you will design, develop, enhance, and support enterprise applications that enable critical business processes and customer-facing tools. You will collaborate with business stakeholders, internal technology teams, and external vendors to deliver integrated, reliable solutions using modern development approaches. You will also improve the stability, performance, and maintainability of existing applications.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop scalable software solutions that address business requirements and align with the overall IT strategy and enterprise architecture
• Maintain and enhance existing applications by troubleshooting complex issues, improving performance, and providing level 3 production support
• Apply coding standards, design patterns, testing practices, and the established software development lifecycle across all assigned solutions
• Manage code changes through source control, QA environments, testing, release coordination, and controlled production deployment processes
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, functional leads, and subject matter experts to analyze processes and translate requirements into practical technical designs
• Build and integrate APIs, web services, SSO capabilities, SaaS extensions, and custom components across enterprise platforms
• Coordinate system testing, user acceptance testing, issue resolution, and knowledge transfer for business users and technical teams
• Partner with internal teams and external vendors to deliver integrated solutions on schedule while maintaining technical quality and application standards
  
  
  

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in software design and full-stack development using the Microsoft technology stack, including .NET Framework, MVC, and C#
• Expert knowledge of C#, object-oriented programming concepts, and application architecture, with practical experience applying .NET design patterns
• 3+ years of experience developing SQL scripts, stored procedures, queries, and database integrations
• Experience with Web API, web services, JavaScript, jQuery, AJAX, SCSS, CSS, and responsive web application development
• Experience with content management platforms, preferably Telerik Sitefinity, and integrations with enterprise applications
• Knowledge of source control and delivery workflows using Microsoft Team Foundation Server or Git
• Experience implementing Single Sign-On solutions using SAML and integrating applications across SaaS, PaaS, or IaaS environments
• Strong systems thinking, communication, stakeholder collaboration, problem-solving, and technical mentoring skills
• Ability to work independently, make sound technical decisions, learn emerging technologies, and explain complex concepts to non-technical stakeholders
