We're Hiring: Vibe Coder / Product Engineer, AI-Native

Location: Remote

Salary: 40,000 to 55,000 Gross

We're looking for an AI-native, hands-on Product Engineer who can take a problem from idea → build → deployment → live product.

What you'll do

• Build full-stack applications, dashboards and internal tools
• Design databases, APIs and application architecture
• Build data pipelines, integrations and automated workflows
• Develop AI-powered features, agents and automations
• Work across frontend, backend and data
• Deploy, monitor and maintain live production systems
• Improve existing products and turn repeated solutions into reusable systems
• Work directly with stakeholders to understand problems and deliver practical solutions

We're looking for a builder, not just a coder.

The ideal person is:

• AI-native and uses tools like Claude, Cursor or Copilot as part of their everyday development
• A strong full-stack/product engineer comfortable working across frontend, backend, databases and APIs
• Highly independent and resourceful, able to take an ambiguous problem and figure out the solution
• Someone who ships and can show real products or applications they've built
• Able to review, test and improve AI-generated code and recognise when AI is wrong
• Strong on product and UI judgement — the software needs to work and look good
• Comfortable with automation, integrations and data
• Security-conscious and understands reliability and data protection
• A clear communicator who can work with both technical and non-technical people
• Comfortable working in a small, fast-moving environment with a high level of ownership

Useful experience

Supabase, PostgreSQL, Python, JavaScript, REST APIs, Netlify/Vercel, GitHub Actions, data pipelines, analytics, AI agents or similar technologies.
