Hiring: AI Java Full Stack Architect

Location: Bangalore-Semi Remote

Experience: 10–15 Years

Notice Period: Immediately to 15 days

Key Requirements:

• Strong expertise in Java Full Stack development with hands-on coding experience
• Strong knowledge of Java, Spring Boot, ReactJS, REST APIs & Microservices
• Strong experience with Azure Cloud, Kafka/Event Streaming & Data APIs
• Good understanding of SQL/NoSQL databases and Data Mesh
• Strong experience in TDD, JUnit, GitHub & Azure DevOps CI/CD
• Strong hands-on experience with AI-powered coding/productivity tools such as GitHub Copilot and ChatGPT, with the ability to leverage AI effectively for coding, debugging, development, and solution design
• Strong architectural knowledge covering scalability, security, resiliency, performance and maintainability
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum and Secure SDLC
• Excellent technical communication, collaboration and mentoring skills

Responsibilities:

• Lead architecture, analysis, design and development of scalable cloud-based applications.

• Provide technical leadership across the full SDLC.

• Develop hands-on frontend and backend solutions using ReactJS and Java/Spring Boot.

• Design REST APIs, event-driven solutions and data integrations.

• Collaborate with technology and business stakeholders.

• Conduct code reviews, POCs and technical mentoring.

• Ensure solutions follow security, scalability, performance and maintainability standards.
