What You'll Do

• Build end-to-end features across React/TypeScript frontends and Python backend services.
• Develop backend systems that orchestrate AI-driven workflows.
• Design intuitive user experiences that make complex AI insights easy to understand.
• Build integrations with external platforms and third-party systems.
• Work across the stack—from database design and API development to frontend implementation and infrastructure.

What We're Looking For

• Experience with Python and TypeScript/JavaScript.
• Familiarity with React and FastAPI or Django.
• Strong understanding of PostgreSQL and data modelling.
• Comfortable working in a fast-moving environment where requirements evolve.
• Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset.

Bonus Experience

• System design and distributed systems.
• Performance optimisation.
• AI/ML platforms, LLM integrations, or document processing pipelines.
• Mentoring or technical leadership.
