Project Overview:

Our client is seeking a UI Designer / Front-End Software Engineer to support the development of a standardized Antenna Control Unit product. This individual will own the user experience from concept through implementation, creating intuitive interfaces and translating designs into production-ready applications. The team is looking for someone who enjoys both the visual design side and hands-on software development, working closely with a hardware/software product rather than one-off projects.

Skills

• 5+ years of UI/Front-End development experience
• Strong experience with Figma and human factors / graphical design principles
• Ability to take UI concepts and mockups through full implementation
• Hands-on JavaScript development experience
• Experience building and maintaining production UI applications, not just creating wireframes
• Experience developing UIs for embedded devices or hardware products is highly preferred
• Familiarity with standardized hardware/software products is a plus
• Ability to support both UI design and front-end software development
• Strong communication skills and ability to work independently in a remote environment
