2. About the Opportunity:

The Senior Software Engineer, Applications will contribute to developing and enhancing the company''s core product solutions that support MedTech sales teams. This role involves working across the application stack to build features that empower marketing, sales operations, and sales representatives. The position is pivotal in delivering impactful tools and insights that enable customers to define markets and identify opportunities, directly influencing the adoption of medical technologies.

3. Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including customers, engineers, product managers, and designers
• Develop key product features and workflows impacting patient access to medical technologies
• Use data insights to improve product performance and identify new opportunities
• Contribute to improving team processes and culture
• Explore and implement new tools and technologies to enhance scalability and efficiency
• Mentor and support the growth of junior engineers
• Integrate AI-driven development tools into workflows

4. Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of software engineering experience in product development
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent practical experience
• Strong customer focus and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Full stack proficiency with technologies such as TypeScript, React, Node.js, GraphQL, PostgreSQL or other relational databases, BigQuery, and Google Cloud services
• Eagerness to learn and work with new technologies
• Team-oriented mindset with leadership by example and empathy
• Eligible to work in the USA

5. Pay Range and Compensation Package:

• Salary Range: $155,000–$215,000 for Senior Software Engineer 1; $175,000–$250,000 for Senior Software Engineer 2
• Compensation includes competitive cash pay, equity, and benefits, determined by factors such as location, role scope, experience, and market data
