Role Description This is a full-time remote role for an App Developer. The App Developer will design, develop, test, and maintain web and mobile applications, working closely with product managers, designers, and other engineers to implement features and enhancements. Day-to-day responsibilities include writing clean, efficient code, integrating APIs and third-party services, managing data interactions, and ensuring application performance, security, and reliability. The role also involves troubleshooting issues, conducting code reviews, collaborating on technical solutions, and contributing to documentation and best practices. The App Developer will participate in agile ceremonies, provide effort estimates, and help continuously improve the development workflow.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in Software Development and Programming, with experience building and maintaining production applications.
• Proficiency working with Databases, including designing schemas, writing queries, and optimizing data access.
• Hands-on experience with Cascading Style Sheets (CSS) and front-end UI implementation for responsive, accessible interfaces.
• Experience with Integration, such as connecting APIs, microservices, and third-party platforms into applications.
• Familiarity with modern development frameworks and tools (e.g., JavaScript/TypeScript frameworks, native or cross-platform mobile tools, version control systems such as Git).
• Ability to write maintainable, well-documented code and to participate in code reviews constructively.
• Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently in a remote, collaborative environment.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Experience with secure coding practices, testing (unit, integration, or automated), and performance optimization is beneficial.
