Role Description

The Web Developer at Javas will design, develop, and maintain web applications that support client business objectives. Day-to-day responsibilities include implementing front-end interfaces, building and optimizing back-end services, integrating third-party APIs, and ensuring responsive, accessible, and secure web experiences. The role also involves collaborating with designers and other developers, troubleshooting technical issues, and participating in code reviews to maintain quality and performance standards. This is a full-time, on-site position based in Yogyakarta, requiring regular collaboration with local team members and stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in Front-End Development and Web Design, including building responsive, user-friendly interfaces.
• Proficiency in Back-End Web Development and Programming for creating scalable, secure server-side solutions.
• Solid understanding of overall Web Development practices, including integration, debugging, and performance optimization.
• Experience with modern web technologies and frameworks (e.g., HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and at least one major front-end or back-end framework).
• Familiarity with version control systems (such as Git) and collaborative development workflows.
• Ability to analyze requirements, translate them into technical solutions, and communicate clearly with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Experience working in an on-site, cross-functional team environment; knowledge of best practices in security, accessibility, and performance is a plus.
