We're partnering with an engineering-led company building the next generation of communication protocols across distributed networks. Their technology supports demanding environments including AI class="bg-amber-100">infrastructure, satellite communications, SD-WAN, mobility, aviation, defense, and high-performance networking

What you'll build

• Design and implement next-generation transport and flow-control protocols.
• Develop high-performance networking software in C/class="bg-amber-100">C++ with opportunities to work in class="bg-amber-100">Rust.
• Optimize throughput, congestion control, pacing, and end-to-end network performance.
• Solve complex distributed systems challenges that directly impact production environments.
• Partner with engineering teams deploying these technologies at enterprise scale.

What we're looking for

• Strong C/class="bg-amber-100">C++ development experience.
• Interest or experience with class="bg-amber-100">Rust.
• Deep understanding of TCP, UDP, QUIC, congestion control, flow control, and transport protocols.
• Experience building high-performance systems software.
• Strong mathematical and problem-solving skills.
