About the Role

All Terrain Technology is looking for a versatile Web Developer who can build, customize, maintain, and optimize professional websites across different CMS and web platforms.

WordPress and WooCommerce are the primary focus, but we’re looking for someone who can work across platforms such as Webflow, Framer, Shopify, and Wix Studio when the project requires it.

You’ll work with both custom-designed and template-based website projects, choosing the most suitable implementation approach based on project needs, timeline, budget, and quality expectations.

What You’ll Do

• Build responsive, high-performing WordPress and WooCommerce websites.
• Work with both custom Figma designs and template-based projects.
• Implement websites from Figma, templates, design systems, or existing platform components.
• Work with Webflow, Framer, Shopify, Wix Studio, or similar platforms when appropriate.
• Customize themes, layouts, components, and website functionality.
• Integrate forms, CRM systems, analytics, payment gateways, APIs, and third-party services.
• Configure hosting, domains, DNS, SSL, CDN, staging, backups, and migrations.
• Optimize website speed, Core Web Vitals, technical SEO, and security.
• Troubleshoot website, hosting, plugin, theme, and integration issues.
• Test websites across browsers and devices before launch.
• Support existing client websites and ongoing updates.
• Recommend the most suitable platform or technical approach for each project.

What We’re Looking For

• 2+ years of professional web-development experience.
• Strong WordPress and WooCommerce experience.
• Good knowledge of Elementor, Gutenberg, or similar tools.
• Strong HTML and CSS skills.
• Working knowledge of JavaScript and PHP.
• Ability to implement Figma designs accurately.
• Experience with hosting, DNS, SSL, migrations, and website performance.
• Familiarity with Git/GitHub.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.

Platforms You May Work With

WordPress, WooCommerce, Elementor, Webflow, Framer, Shopify, Wix Studio, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, PHP, REST APIs, Git/GitHub, and Figma.

Experience with every platform is not required. Strong web fundamentals and the ability to learn and adapt are more important.

AI Fluency

You actively use AI-assisted development tools for coding, debugging, troubleshooting, testing, documentation, integrations, and workflow acceleration while independently validating output for quality, security, and production readiness.

Nice to Have

• Webflow, Framer, Shopify, or Wix Studio experience.
• REST API and webhook integrations.
• CRM or ERP integrations.
• Payment gateway integrations.
• GA4, GTM, Search Console, or Cloudflare knowledge.
• React or Next.js familiarity.
