About The Role

We are seeking an experienced Infrastructure Engineer to join our team and play a pivotal role in scaling and optimizing our platform infrastructure. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining the core infrastructure that underpins the entire Notable platform. Your expertise will directly influence the reliability, security, and scalability of our systems, ensuring that we continue to meet the evolving needs of our users. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop DevOps strategies, automate deployment pipelines, and enhance our infrastructure’s robustness. This position offers a unique opportunity to contribute to a high-growth environment, driving innovation and operational excellence while addressing the challenges associated with large-scale systems and rapid development cycles.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of relevant work experience in infrastructure engineering or related fields
• Hands-on SaaS delivery experience with cloud platforms such as AWS or Google Cloud Platform (GCP), including incident response and management
• Proficiency in automating build, test, package, release, and configuration management processes
• Experience with infrastructure as code tools such as Terraform
• Strong understanding of Linux/Unix fundamentals and debugging skills
• Proficiency in scripting languages such as Bash, Python, Node.js, or Go
• Experience in deploying and managing monitoring, metrics, and logging systems
• Recent hands-on experience with containerized deployments, particularly Kubernetes
• Knowledge of networking concepts, security protocols, load balancers, DNS, and related technologies
• Commitment to high code quality, automated testing, and engineering best practices
  
  

Responsibilities

• Create, implement, and support DevOps strategies and continuous delivery pipelines within cross-functional agile teams
• Define and implement infrastructure, tools, and processes to support continuous delivery and high availability
• Identify and resolve potential issues that could hinder service delivery or infrastructure performance
• Design and build scalable, reliable infrastructure to support current and future product offerings
• Plan for maintainability of infrastructure, anticipating weaknesses and implementing improvements
• Research and integrate new technologies to enhance automation and operational efficiency
• Document infrastructure setup, configurations, and best practices for internal teams
• Collaborate with security teams to ensure infrastructure security and compliance
• Monitor and optimize system performance, availability, and security post-deployment
