This is a remote position, but candidates must reside in the Columbus, OH area.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of complex software solutions
• Act as technical authority across multiple engineering initiatives
• Drive system design, architecture, and scalability decisions
• Mentor developers and elevate overall engineering capabilities
• Partner with leadership to align technology with business goals
• Champion innovation and emerging technologies

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in software engineering
• 4+ years of experience building with C#/.NET
• Strong architecture and system design experience
• Background leading enterprise-level applications
• Expertise in full-stack or backend development
• Experience with cloud ecosystems and DevOps tooling (Azure preferred)
• Strong stakeholder communication skills
