Role Description The Web Developer will be responsible for building, maintaining, and optimizing Servana Pro’s web platform to deliver a smooth and secure user experience for customers and service professionals. Day-to-day tasks include developing responsive user interfaces, implementing back-end functionality and APIs, integrating databases, and ensuring the platform is scalable and performant. The role also involves collaborating with product, design, and operations teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions, troubleshooting issues, and continuously improving site usability. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Kathmandu, requiring close coordination with local team members and stakeholders.
Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong Web Development and Programming skills, with experience building and maintaining modern web applications.
• Candidates should possess Front-End Development and Web Design skills, including creating responsive, user-friendly interfaces using current web technologies.
• Candidates should possess Back-End Web Development skills, including working with server-side frameworks, APIs, and databases.
• Experience with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and at least one modern front-end framework (such as React, Vue, or Angular) is beneficial.
• Experience with server-side languages and frameworks (such as Node.js, Python, PHP, or similar) and relational or NoSQL databases is beneficial.
• Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git), testing, debugging, and basic security best practices is beneficial.
• Strong problem-solving abilities, attention to detail, and the capacity to work collaboratively in an on-site team environment are important.
• A relevant degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or equivalent practical experience is preferred.
