Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Fullstack Developer with strong expertise in React and .NET to design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications. The role requires 3–7 years of professional experience in full-stack development, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and delivering high-quality software solutions.

Key Responsibilities

1. Application Development

• Develop responsive and robust web applications using React (frontend) and .NET (backend).
• Design and implement RESTful APIs, microservices, and server-side logic.
• Ensure scalability, performance, and maintainability of applications.

2. Technical Leadership

• Participate in architectural design, technology selection, and development standards.
• Conduct code reviews, provide mentorship, and guide junior developers.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues.

3. Collaboration & Agile Practices

• Work closely with product managers, designers, and QA teams to deliver projects on time.
• Participate in agile ceremonies including sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives.
• Collaborate with DevOps teams to deploy and monitor applications.

4. Quality & Best Practices

• Write clean, modular, and well-documented code following best practices.
• Ensure proper unit testing, integration testing, and automated testing where applicable.
• Maintain and improve legacy applications while implementing new features.

5. Continuous Learning & Innovation

• Stay updated with the latest trends in React, .NET, and fullstack development.
• Suggest innovative solutions to improve application performance, usability, and security.

Educational Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• Advanced certifications in React, .NET, or related technologies are a plus.

Experience Requirements

• 5–10 years of professional experience in software development.
• Hands-on experience with React.js, .NET Core / .NET Framework, and full-stack development.
• Experience with SQL/NoSQL databases, REST APIs, and cloud services (Azure/AWS).
• Proven experience in delivering enterprise-grade web applications.

Technical Competencies

• Strong React (frontend) and .NET (backend) development skills.
• Familiarity with modern JavaScript frameworks, TypeScript, and state management libraries (Redux, Context API).
• Experience with relational and non-relational databases (SQL Server, MongoDB, etc.).
• Knowledge of CI/CD, version control (Git), and agile development practices.
• Understanding of software architecture, microservices, and API design principles.
