Software Developer — Full-Stack & DevOps
About the role:
We are looking for an experienced Software Developer who can take ownership of features from initial requirements through development, deployment, monitoring, and post-release support.
This is a hands-on, end-to-end engineering role for someone comfortable working across the full technology stack, including backend development, frontend applications, databases, cloud infrastructure, CI/CD pipelines, and event-driven systems.
You will join a distributed team and work independently, while collaborating closely with colleagues across different locations and time zones.

Its solutions combine real-time location technology, workflow automation, asset management and AI-powered insights to help medical teams improve operational efficiency, equipment visibility, service quality and patient care.
What you’ll do:
- Design, build, test, and maintain end-to-end software features.
- Develop scalable backend services using Node.js.
- Build modern and responsive user interfaces using React.
- Design and optimize relational and/or NoSQL databases.
- Improve database schemas, query performance, and data integrity.
- Build asynchronous and event-driven workflows using technologies such as RabbitMQ, Azure Service Bus, or Kafka.
- Create and maintain CI/CD pipelines and deployment processes.
- Work with Microsoft Azure, including cloud infrastructure, container services, monitoring, and observability.
- Own features from requirements and technical planning through production deployment and ongoing support.
- Collaborate proactively with distributed engineering and product teams.
- Identify technical risks, propose solutions, and communicate progress clearly.
What we’re looking for:
- Strong, demonstrable experience as a full-stack developer with Node.js and React.
- Significant understanding of DevOps on Microsoft Azure - Azure DevOps, pipelines, container services, and cloud infrastructure.
- Solid database expertise (relational and/or NoSQL), with a good grasp of data modeling and performance tuning.
- Hands-on experience designing and working with message queues and event-driven architectures.
- Self-sufficient and autonomous - able to scope, plan, and execute work independently and reliably.
- End-to-end deliverability - a track record of owning features from start to finish, including testing,deployment, and post-release support.
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills, suited to remote collaboration.
Nice to have:
- Experience working in distributed or offshore engineering teams.
- Experience with infrastructure-as-code tools such as Terraform, Bicep, or ARM templates.
- Knowledge of microservices architecture.
- Hands-on experience with Docker and Kubernetes.
- Experience building scalable and highly available cloud applications.
Compensation: USD 4,500 – 7,300/month (depending on experience)
Work model: Remote
