ABOUT THE ROLE

We build end-to-end software, including web applications, backend services, third-party integrations, automation tools, and AI agents that perform real business tasks.

Fresh graduates and self-taught developers are welcome. No professional experience is required. You will work on real projects from the start and grow through hands-on development and code reviews.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

• Build backend APIs, frontend pages, and dashboards.
• Develop AI agent tools, prompts, workflows, and integrations.
• Integrate messaging, telephony, payment, and other third-party platforms.
• Write scripts and small services to automate repetitive work.
• Debug production issues, fix root causes, and add tests.
• Participate in code reviews and continuously improve your engineering skills.

TECH STACK

Backend: Go, Python

Frontend: TypeScript, React, HTML/CSS

AI: OpenAI, Claude, Tool Calling, MCP, RAG

Data: MySQL/PostgreSQL, Redis

Infrastructure: Docker, Linux, Git

You are not expected to know everything. Strong fundamentals in one programming language are enough.

REQUIREMENTS

• A background in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or equivalent self-taught ability.
• Comfortable with at least one of Go, TypeScript/JavaScript, or Python.
• Basic knowledge of HTTP/REST APIs, JSON, SQL, Git, and pull requests.
• Genuine interest in AI applications and agent development.
• Driven, coachable, reliable, and eager to learn.
• Able to read technical English and explain problems clearly.
• Communicates early when blocked.
• Checks errors and logs and attempts to identify the cause before asking for help.

NICE TO HAVE

• Personal projects involving AI, chatbots, agents, or automation.
• Familiarity with Docker, Linux, cloud deployment, browser automation, or messaging APIs.
• A GitHub profile, portfolio, or project you can walk us through.
