The Role

• Lead the design and delivery of complex frontend and full-stack initiatives using React and TypeScript.
• Set technical direction for the team's frontend architecture and full-stack patterns, managing a 3-6 month roadmap.
• Collaborate closely with product, design, and backend engineers to translate requirements into scalable, high-quality experiences.
• Elevate engineering quality through robust component and API design, thoughtful state management, and operational rigor.
• Tackle ambiguous problems, breaking them down into clear, testable plans, and leveraging data for decision-making.
• Mentor and guide other engineers through code reviews, design reviews, and technical discussions.
  
  

What You'll Need

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• 6+ years of professional software engineering experience.
• Deep proficiency in building complex web applications with React and TypeScript, including architecture and performance optimization.
• Full-stack experience designing and building backend services and APIs in languages like Python, Java, Kotlin, Ruby, or Node.js.
• Proven track record of independently leading the design and delivery of large, business-critical projects.
• Ability to work effectively in ambiguous environments with evolving product requirements.
