The Opportunity

You'll be joining a team responsible for a suite of advanced asset management solutions that transform large-scale operational data into actionable insights. These applications support critical decision-making, planning, operations, logistics, and asset performance across complex industrial environments.

This is not a maintenance role.

You'll be helping build and evolve sophisticated products that sit on top of a proprietary enterprise-scale data platform, working on challenging technical problems with significant real-world impact.

What We're Looking For

Essential

• 6+ years of software engineering experience
• Strong commercial experience with C# in production environments
• Full stack development experience using either:
• C# / React, or
• Node.js / React
• Experience working within Linux environments
• Strong understanding of modern software engineering practices
• Proficiency using AI-assisted development tools such as GitHub Copilot, Claude Code, or similar
• Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related discipline

Alternative Qualification Route

Candidates with 8+ years of highly relevant experience may be considered with a Bachelor's degree.

Nice to Have

• Experience within energy, industrial technology, or data-intensive industries
• Exposure to complex enterprise software platforms
• Experience working with large-scale operational data
