We're hiring a full-stack engineer to take real ownership of features end-to-end — from model schema to UI. Small, senior, distributed team. High autonomy, high trust.

 You own features from database to deployment — not tickets handed to you in pieces. You make schema decisions, design the API, build the UI, write the tests, and ship it. You're trusted to make calls, and

 accountable for getting them right. On a lean team, what you build is yours.

 Stack

 - TypeScript (strict, no any) · Next.js 15 (App Router, Server Components)

 - tRPC v11 · Prisma · Supabase / PostgreSQL 15

 - Tailwind CSS v4 · Turborepo · GitHub Actions · Vercel

 - Claude / Anthropic API via the Vercel AI SDK with Zod structured outputs

 AI & emerging tech

 We're AI-native and expect you to be current:

 - Building production LLM features — Vercel AI SDK, Claude API, structured outputs, tool use, streaming

 - Patterns for safe AI in production: schema validation, confidence thresholds, fallbacks

 - Fluent with AI-assisted dev tooling (Claude Code, Copilot) to ship fast without losing rigor

 - A fast learner who tracks a fast-moving ecosystem

 You should have

 - 3+ years building production web apps with TypeScript and React

 - Strong SQL and schema-design fundamentals (Prisma/Postgres a plus)

 - Experience with type-safe APIs (tRPC, GraphQL, or similar)

 - A habit of writing tests and reasoning about correctness and edge cases

 - Clear written English for async, distributed work

 Nice to have

 - LLM integration experience (Anthropic, OpenAI, or similar)

 - Supabase, Row-Level Security, or multi-tenant architectures

 - Monorepo experience (Turborepo, Nx)
