We are looking for a skilled Software Development Operations Associate to join our remote engineering team and contribute to the development, integration, testing, deployment, and maintenance of modern software applications.

The successful candidate will work across the software development lifecycle, collaborating with developers, UI/UX designers, QA engineers, DevOps teams, and project managers to build and deliver reliable software solutions.

The role requires strong programming fundamentals and practical experience with frontend/backend development, APIs, databases, version control, testing, and application deployment.

• Develop, maintain, and enhance web and software applications.
• Translate business and technical requirements into functional software solutions.
• Build responsive frontend interfaces using modern frameworks.
• Develop backend services and REST APIs.
• Integrate third-party APIs and external services.
• Design and work with relational and NoSQL databases.
• Write clean, reusable, maintainable, and well-documented code.
• Implement authentication, authorization, and role-based access controls.
• Debug and resolve application errors, bugs, and performance issues.
• Perform unit, integration, and basic application testing.
• Collaborate with QA teams to identify and resolve defects.
• Participate in code reviews and technical discussions.
• Use Git/GitHub/GitLab for source-code management.
• Work with DevOps teams on application builds, deployments, and production releases.
• Support Docker-based development and deployment environments.
• Assist with CI/CD pipeline implementation and maintenance.
• Monitor application performance and troubleshoot production issues.
• Maintain technical documentation and development procedures.
• Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies and sprint activities.
• Continuously research and adopt appropriate development tools and technologies.

• 2+ years of professional experience in software/application development.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Strong programming and software development fundamentals.
• Experience with at least one modern frontend or backend technology.
• Experience developing and consuming REST APIs.
• Good understanding of databases and data modeling.
• Experience with Git and version-control workflows.
• Understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC).
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Basic understanding of application security and performance optimization.
• Strong debugging and problem-solving skills.
• Good written and verbal English communication.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
