The Role
The Role
- Develop scalable, AI-powered applications using Python, React/TypeScript, and Azure
- Create solutions for analyzing complex technical documents and extracting relevant information
- Automate report generation processes
- Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to design the Enterprise AI platform
- Ensure high-quality, maintainable software for productive applications
- Drive software quality through code reviews, technical leadership, and mentoring
- Degree in Computer Science or a comparable field with at least 8 years of experience in frontend or fullstack software development in cloud environments
- Strong knowledge of React, TypeScript, modern frontend architectures, and developing intuitive, responsive, and accessible user interfaces
- Good knowledge of backend development with Python, including API development and integration of AI/LLM-based services
- Experience with modern engineering practices like CI/CD, test automation, code reviews, secure development, and cloud-native architectures on Azure
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions
- Very good German and English language skills, with experience collaborating in interdisciplinary teams
