Qualifications
The ideal candidate will possess a bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related discipline, coupled with at least six years of relevant experience. An advanced degree such as a master’s in a related field is preferred, along with a minimum of four years of pertinent experience. Candidates should demonstrate strong proficiency in programming languages such as
Python,
C#,
Java, or
TypeScript. Experience with integrating AI/ML systems, including large language models, agent frameworks, and
cloud AI services, is essential. Familiarity with event-driven architectures,
microservices, containers, and CI/CD pipelines is highly desirable. Candidates must have experience designing applications for secure, highly regulated, or mission-critical environments and possess knowledge of
cloud ecosystems like
Azure, AWS, or OCI. Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively within multidisciplinary teams are critical for success in this role.
Responsibilities
- Lead the design and development of AI-powered applications, tools, and intelligent agents aligned with enterprise strategy and objectives.
- Build, test, and deploy scalable backend and frontend components utilizing modern software engineering practices and frameworks.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define system requirements, architecture patterns, and technical integration points that support enterprise goals.
- Maintain high software quality through automated testing, comprehensive code reviews, detailed documentation, and performance monitoring.
- Integrate AI/ML models, cloud-native services, and workflow automation platforms into existing and new production systems to enhance operational capabilities.
- Troubleshoot and resolve software defects, system performance issues, and integration challenges promptly and effectively.
- Develop clear technical specifications, diagrams, and user documentation to facilitate understanding and future development efforts.
- Ensure compliance with security standards, data governance policies, and system reliability requirements to meet organizational and regulatory standards.
- Mentor junior developers, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and adherence to technical standards and best practices.
