About The Role

We are seeking a dedicated Junior .NET Developer to join our dynamic IT team at Surya Carpet. In this role, you will be instrumental in developing, maintaining, and enhancing our web and mobile applications that support product distribution and organizational agility. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions using our current technology stack centered on Microsoft .NET, CSS, HTML5, JavaScript, ASP.NET MVC, C#, and SQL Server. This position offers an excellent opportunity for individuals eager to grow their technical expertise and contribute to a fast-paced, innovative environment. Reporting directly to the IT Manager, you will be involved in solving complex technical challenges, improving system performance, and supporting the company's digital initiatives.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1+ years of experience in ASP.NET, MVC, and C# development.
• At least 1+ years of SQL/database development experience.
• Proficiency with Visual Studio 2019/2022, SQL Server Management Studio, and Visual Studio Team System.
• Understanding of object-oriented programming principles and familiarity with design patterns.
• Basic knowledge of tools such as code editors, source code control, and defect tracking systems.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to break down complex tasks.
• Excellent communication skills to clearly articulate technical approaches and issues.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
• Adaptability to changing priorities and deadlines.
  
  

Preferred qualifications include exposure to Windows PowerShell, XML, Web Services, and user interface design experience. Candidates should demonstrate a proactive attitude towards learning new skills and a passion for continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

• Debug and resolve software defects efficiently to maintain application stability and performance.
• Perform data extraction, transformation, load (ETL), and data maintenance tasks to ensure data integrity and accessibility.
• Ensure the proper functioning of applications in a production environment through proactive monitoring and troubleshooting.
• Develop and document system design, source code, and architecture to facilitate future maintenance and upgrades.
• Design and develop logical and physical data models aligned with application requirements.
• Collaborate with team members to define technical solutions that meet business needs and improve system functionality.
• Contribute to the development of best practices, tools, and system enhancements to optimize development processes.
• Gather and analyze development and service issues, providing effective solutions and documentation.
• Assist in the implementation of new features and system improvements, ensuring seamless integration and deployment.
• Participate in code reviews, testing, and quality assurance activities to uphold high standards of software quality.
