Role Description The Web Developer is a full-time, hybrid role based in Phnom Penh, with flexibility for some work-from-home arrangements. This role is responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining the hotel’s websites and web applications to support branding, reservations, and digital marketing initiatives. Daily tasks include implementing front-end user interfaces, building and optimizing back-end functionality, ensuring website performance and security, and resolving technical issues. The Web Developer will collaborate with marketing, sales, and IT teams to update content, integrate third-party services, and enhance the overall digital experience for guests and partners.
Qualifications

• Solid skills in Web Development and Programming to build, test, and maintain modern web solutions.
• Proficiency in Front-End Development and Web Design to create responsive, user-friendly interfaces.
• Experience in Back-End Web Development to manage server-side logic, databases, and system integrations.
• Understanding of web standards, accessibility, SEO basics, and website performance optimization.
• Experience with common web technologies (e.g., HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and relevant frameworks or CMS platforms).
• Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and translate business needs into technical solutions.
• Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
• Relevant technical diploma or degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is preferred.
• Previous experience in hospitality or customer-facing digital platforms is an advantage.
