About The Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Software Engineer to join our AI Platform squad, focusing on advancing Lini, our proprietary AI engine. As a Software Engineer, you will operate at the intersection of AI, product development, and engineering, contributing significantly to building, optimizing, and scaling features that make Lini a reliable and powerful AI layer across the DiliTrust suite. Your work will involve designing and maintaining AI-powered features, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and participating in architectural discussions to address technical challenges related to large language models (LLMs), context management, and system scalability. This role offers an exciting opportunity to influence the future of AI-driven enterprise solutions and work on innovative projects in a collaborative environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional software engineering experience, particularly in B2B SaaS platforms in production environments
• Proven experience owning features from conception through deployment and iteration
• Strong proficiency in Frontend Vue.js 3 and backend development with Node.js or TypeScript
• Solid understanding of web architectures and REST/API design principles
• Familiarity with LLM integration patterns such as RAG, streaming, tool use, and context management is a strong plus
• Experience working within cross-functional teams including product, design, ML, or data teams
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a strong sense of ownership and accountability
• Curiosity about AI and machine learning-powered products; deep expertise is not required but a genuine interest is essential
  
  

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain Lini-powered features across the DiliTrust platform, from API design to frontend integration
• Collaborate closely with ML teams, product managers, and other engineering squads to deliver high-quality AI features
• Participate in architectural discussions, proposing solutions related to LLM integration, context management, and system scalability
• Write well-tested, documented, and maintainable code, actively participating in code reviews
• Contribute to establishing and maintaining engineering standards, including testing, observability, and CI/CD practices
• Identify cross-team dependencies early and work towards unblocking potential bottlenecks
• Continuously enhance your understanding of LLM patterns and AI product design, bringing innovative ideas to the team
• Maintain a proactive approach to problem-solving and technical challenges, ensuring reliable and scalable AI features
