About The Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Staff Fullstack Engineer to join our dynamic and innovative engineering team. In this pivotal role, you will leverage your extensive experience in web development to design, develop, and maintain scalable and high-performance web applications that are integral to our healthcare AI platform. Your work will directly impact healthcare delivery by creating solutions that streamline processes, improve patient outcomes, and enhance clinician workflows. You will collaborate closely with product managers, UX/UI designers, data scientists, and other technical teams to translate complex requirements into robust, user-friendly applications. Your expertise will ensure the reliability,

Qualifications
- 8-10 years of relevant experience in fullstack web development.
- Proficiency in front-end frameworks such as React, Angular, or Vue.
- Strong back-end development skills using technologies like Node.js, Python, or Ruby.
- Experience designing and building RESTful APIs for system integrations.
- Deep understanding of modern web application architecture and best practices.
- Proven ability to write maintainable, well-tested, and reliable code.
- Experience with cloud platforms such as GCP, AWS, or Azure.
- Knowledge of containerization technologies like Docker and Kubernetes.
- Excellent problem-solving, debugging, and troubleshooting skills.
- Strong communication skills to articulate technical concepts clearly.
- Experience mentoring junior engineers and fostering team growth.
- Familiarity with agile development methodologies and CI/CD pipelines.
Responsibilities
- Design and develop responsive, high-performance web applications that serve as the core of our healthcare AI platform.
- Collaborate with product managers and UX/UI designers to translate requirements into technical designs and intuitive user interfaces.
- Build, optimize, and maintain RESTful APIs to facilitate seamless integration with healthcare systems and third-party services.
- Implement best practices for code quality, testing, and continuous integration/deployment to ensure software reliability and maintainability.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues across the full technology stack, from front-end to back-end infrastructure.
