Mincka Engineering is hiring a Fullstack Developer to work across the backend and web application of a B2B SaaS platform for industrial clients. You'll own features end to end, from database schema through API to user interface. This role also serves as key-person risk mitigation for the project, reviewing all backend work and holding a second copy of the system knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Build REST APIs supporting a multi-stage business workflow, including state transitions, permissions, and audit requirements
• Implement configurable business rules with historical snapshotting, so past records remain accurate when configuration changes
• Enforce data isolation at the application layer, covered by automated tests
• Build role-based access control across multiple user types with materially different permissions
• Build data-heavy web interfaces: dashboards, filterable lists, detail views, media galleries, multi-step forms
• Implement direct-to-cloud file uploads via presigned URLs
• Build asynchronous job processing for long-running operations

Requirements

• 3+ years building production web applications in TypeScript
• Strong backend skills: REST API design, relational data modeling, an ORM in production (Prisma, TypeORM, Drizzle, or similar)
• Solid React — able to build a clean interface from an existing design system without hand-holding
• Practical SQL and PostgreSQL, including writing queries you understand rather than queries the ORM generated for you
• Work proficiency with Claude Code or an equivalent agentic coding tool
• Comfortable owning a feature end to end

Nice to have: NestJS specifically, applications with strict data isolation requirements, AWS beyond the basics (Cognito, S3 presigned URLs, queue-based processing), authorization systems with more than two roles, industrial or field operations software.
