Senior Full-Stack Engineer — AI-Native Compute Marketplace

About the Role

We are hiring a Senior Full-Stack Engineer to join our small, highly experienced engineering team.

This is an architect-level individual contributor role. You will help plan and design features, write technical specifications, direct AI coding agents, and validate the quality, security, and reliability of the resulting code.

You should be comfortable working independently, making sound technical decisions, contributing to product discussions, and supporting customers when required.

What You’ll Do

● Architect and build scalable backend services and frontend features for a compute

marketplace: inventory management, order workflows, RFQs, invoicing, and pricing.

● Plan and spec out features, then leverage AI coding agents (e.g., Codex, Claude) to

accelerate delivery while validating correctness and quality.

● Extend platform capabilities: KYC/KYB automation, enhanced Slack integrations, live

chat, and AI-powered customer support tooling.

● Own production reliability: design, deploy, and maintain systems end-to-end with a focus

on performance and maintainability.

● Participate in daily standups, contribute to product discussions, and wear multiple

hats—including monitoring the support mailbox and resolving customer tickets when

needed.

Must-Have Requirements

● 8–12 years of software engineering experience, with a backend-heavy background.

● Proven track record of shipping customer-facing web applications at scale.

● Experience as a founder or in early-stage startups (entrepreneurial, self-directed

mindset).

● Familiarity with AI-driven development: planning specs and directing AI agents to

implement features.

● Hands-on experience implementing CI/CD pipelines and working with Kubernetes in

production.

● Comfortable working US-compatible time zones and being responsive during core

hours (11 AM–4 PM EST).

● Willingness to jump into customer support and resolve tickets as part of the

engineering role.

Strong Technical Fit

● Backend languages: Go, Rust, or Node in production systems.

● Frontend: React, TypeScript, and modern web fundamentals (HTML, CSS).

● Experience with SQL query optimization and data-intensive applications.

● Exposure to marketplaces, e-commerce, or traditional business operations

(inventory, orders, invoicing, procurement).

Nice-to-Have

● Experience in GPU/compute marketplaces, cloud infrastructure, or AI tooling.

● Background in fintech, trading, or exchange-type products (but not purely

crypto/DEX-focused).

● Familiarity with event-driven architectures (e.g., Temporal, Kafka) and durable workflows.
