For our client, we are seeking a Software Engineer (l1) to join the team of a leader in the Enterprise Technology space. This role will lead technical initiatives focused on scalable systems, platform reliability, and meaningful business transformation. You will work across engineering, product, operations, and business stakeholders to translate complex requirements into practical technology solutions. The position offers the opportunity to influence architecture, execution quality, and the technology capabilities that enable long-term growth within a technology-driven environment.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Compensation: $121,635 – $143,100 annually

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain software solutions as part of the team
• Collaborate with a small team, brainstorming and building full-stack applications and services
• Conduct thorough code reviews to ensure high code quality
• Support production operations, including building and releasing software and on-call responsibilities
• Create clear and concise documentation for software systems
  
  

Qualifications

• 5-7 years of experience in building scalable software systems
• Strong background in distributed systems or infrastructure for mission-critical applications
• Expertise in developing web applications that enhance user experience
• Proficiency in developing RESTful services
• Passionate about technology with a desire to learn new tools and frameworks
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
• Bachelor's or Master's in Computer Science or equivalent experience
