2. About the Opportunity:

The Software Engineer role within the Process Automation team focuses on creating intelligent automation solutions to enhance operational efficiency in the revenue cycle. This role combines software engineering with robotic process automation and AI to translate complex business processes into scalable automated workflows, contributing directly to process improvements and organizational impact.


3. Responsibilities:

• Design, build, and deploy RPA workflows using UiPath for revenue cycle and back-office processes

• Integrate AI and machine learning to manage unstructured data and decision logic within automations

• Develop reusable automation components and frameworks to accelerate delivery

• Apply software engineering best practices including version control, code review, unit testing, and CI/CD

• Collaborate with business stakeholders to document requirements and identify automation opportunities

• Translate business requirements into technical specifications and automation designs

• Conduct process discovery and feasibility analysis for automation candidates

• Identify edge cases, failure modes, and risks prior to implementation

• Act as liaison between business process owners and engineering teams

• Communicate project status, risks, and tradeoffs to team leads and stakeholders

• Participate in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning and retrospectives

• Collaborate with architects, developers, QA, and operations for high-quality solution delivery

• Contribute to documentation such as process design and runbooks

• Stay updated on AI tooling, LLM integrations, and automation platform capabilities

• Enhance existing automations with AI-driven features like intelligent document processing and predictive analytics

• Participate in post-implementation reviews and incorporate lessons learned

• Collaborate with research and product teams to implement ethical AI solutions


4. Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, or related field

• Minimum 3 years of software engineering experience in languages such as Python, Java, C#, or JavaScript

• Experience writing clean, maintainable, documented code

• Experience with APIs, data pipelines, or system integrations

• Strong analytical and structured problem-solving skills

• Proficient written and verbal communication skills for technical and business audiences

• Experience working in Agile, cross-functional teams with ownership and collaboration

• Ability to learn and apply new technologies quickly


5. Pay Range and Compensation Package:
